Description

NGC 7129 is a reflection nebula in the constellation Cepheus in the northern sky, located about 3500 light-years from Earth. It is about ten light years across. An open star cluster containing about 130 young stars less than a million years old makes NGC 7129 glow.

The object was discovered on October 18, 1794 by the German-British astronomer William Herschel.
